Recognizing the Academy of Model Aeronautics for establishing                                                                   
safety guidelines and best practices, was read the second time.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
